Please note that the Company does not ship to P.O. Boxes, Military Bases or General Delivery. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from the warehouse to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.

Yes, you can cancel/edit your order as long as the order is not in transit. Please reach out to our Customer Service at info@miimyu.com. Make sure to include your invoice number. That way we are able to help get your concern resolved.

Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Product.
All returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them (notice, warranty, certificate of authenticity, etc.) and a copy of the delivery slip enclosed with the delivered Product(s). Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your request and expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, the Company will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the Product(s).
